REGULATION
PROBATION PERIOD CRITERIA:
A newbie is considered as official member should he/she meets 6 out of 8 of
the following criteria in a month:
• A newbie shall attend Welcoming Party.
• A newbie shall attend Local Conference/National Conference.
• A newbie shall understand his/her JD and KPI for this quarter.
• A newbie shall fill in Leadership Development Assessment Part 1.
• A newbie shall attend functional education & training.
• A newbie shall attend at least 75% of functional/department meeting.
• A newbie shall be assigned on EXPA as member of the LC
• A newbie shall achieve Performance Appraisal (PA) score of 50 at the end
of probation evaluation.
