1. Type of business plan identified

1). Describe the type of business plan (manufacturing oriented or service

oriented or retail oriented or both manufacturing & service oriented).

We have adopted the business plan for both:

1. The manufacturing
2. And the service oriented

What we are going to do is we will sell the product to the retailer as

well as the normal customer as per the demand. Since it is a medium scale business we also want
to provide the costumer the product directly from the production house to them.

2).What the business plan produces or sells?

We are going to produce the bricks made up of plastics as well as sell to them via different
mediator.

3). Also provide proper justification for your identified business type.

As we are civil engineering student we are very much interested to develop or introduce the
materials which have a huge strength to absorb the load induced onto it. As we know Plastic is
non-degradable. It has been the major pollutant in today’s generation, affecting land and water
biodiversity also burning of plastic has resulted to production of greenhouse gasses. We are
going to manage the plastics as the construction materials of the structure ,on following we can
reduce the environmental pollution as well the product obtained using plastic can be used as
bricks for pavement design and as the wall at superstructure.
4). Also, include the diagram of your product with dimensions, if possible.

2. Organization structure

1). Discuss how the business plan will be organized (corporation type or
Partnership type or sole proprietorship)

This business plan can be organized as the partnership type,since the investment is not
comparatively low and it is not possible for each people to invest a huge sum of money alone so
it is perfect to start with the partnership as the number of people were there the accumulation of
the capital will be easy and the external powers from different position can be achieved. E.g. like
someone is interested to be a partner of the organization and he is working with bank so he may
help when we required the loan ,likewise in our team if someone is concerned with transportation
facility then he can help us to provide the transport facility to brought our ingredient to our site.
The overall point is to minimize the external expenses and concentrate the whole capital in
production of the stuffs.

2). Describe the number of hierarchical positions of manpower, to be decided.

So if we are preparing the hierarchical position according to above so the number of man powers
required at different level are as:

3). Explain the process of discharging responsibility through delegation of
authority and responsibility, you will use to set up the organization, in order
to make the people to be accountable for their duties.

 The business partner should hire a person which can deal with the transaction will be
happening during the service period with full record and information to whom we can called as a
finance manager. Under the finance manager there should be two people they are as supply
manager and marketing manager. The main role of the supply manager is to provide the all
ingredients required for the company from the market to the production site like cement, sand,
fuel ,machinery instrument etc. Whereas the function of the marketing manager is to provide the
materials from the production house to the market at the dealers. The whole transection is
maintained by the finance manager. Except the above the function of the supply manager is also
to handle over the head masons, then head masons deals with the masons and the labor and the
process continues.

Background work for selecting the concerned business

1).Any reference supporting your current choice of business type

 Since the establishment of new building is increasing day by day, so if we think about future
also the rate of formation of structure will be increasing so the demand of the materials will be at
the peak high. The material we thought to manufacture is light weighted, strengthen and can be
use at various places.

2).Any survey supporting your current choice of business type

 from the survey of the environmental engineering , when we estimate the material which are
harmful for the environment plastic is one of the major source we found , from that statics we
come to know that it is non-degradable but we can manage the plastics as the construction
materials of the structure ,on following we can reduce the environmental pollution. So we came
to point to use these plastics to make environment free from this and also the make some changes
in civil engineering projects.

3). Any preliminary work already completed in line to your choice of business
plan, etc.

No we don’t have completed any business before.

Factors which motivates you to start the selected business

1).Any social problem being noticed in line to your choice of business plan in
your area of surroundings or regionally or nationally.

Currently plastic pollution is one of the biggest environmental concerns. It may seem that the
vast amount of plastic waste is unavoidable in the world in which we live, but you can help in
terms of plastic pollution by becoming aware of its dangers and taking steps to reduce waste.

The amount of waste in the world increases as the population increases, and disposable plastic
products, such as water bottles and soda cans, accumulate over time. Plastic pollution occurs
when enough plastic has accumulated in an area that affects the natural environment and disturbs
plants, animals, or humans.

Plastics contain toxic pollutants that harm the environment and cause land, water and air
pollution. Plastic can also take hundreds or thousands of years to break down, so damage to the
environment lasts longer.so we decide to use it as another way and save the nature from
contamination.
