 Scaly offensive eruption on both
lower limbs below the knee and
on the upper limb since 11
months.

 Firstly started on both legs as small
black eruptions with discharge.
 Took homoeopathic treatment and
condition become worse and eruption
also appears on upper limbs.
 Skin broke with discharge of greenish
yellow colour with bleeding ,edema and
unable to make a step due to pain.
 Later maggots also appeared.
