date of issue of this Provisional Selection List Notification and appeals if any

received after 10 days will not be entertained.

a) The selection is purely provisional. The Provisional Selection and consequent

appointment are subject to the outcome of any Writ Petition relating to this

recruitment and any other Writ Petitions / Writ Appeals if any pending on the

files of the Hon’ble High Court of Madras / Madurai Bench of Madras High

Court.

b) The appointment and posting orders will be issued separately by the Director

of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy, Chennai
