Greetings of Peace and Goodwill !

Sta. Ana National High School is one of the leading sources of competitive and world class
performers in Davao region under your perpetual leadership.

Maam, I am writing this letter to request from your kind office to allow me to put the
Arts and Design facilities such as Keyboards, guitar, dance mirror, sound systems and other
equipment. Also this room act as Arts and Design lecture and laboratory room from one of the
vacant room in Grade 12 building, specifically room 216 which is vacant. This will also help us in
catering the growing number of Arts and Design students from various arts forms such as Music,
Dance and Visual Arts. The teachers in the arts and design track will beautify this room to make
it conducive for learning. Upon your approval, together with the teachers of A&D will begin the
process of room beautification.

Also, we would like to ask for your permission to establish a dance troupe for the senior
high school with the leadership of Ms. Mary Jane E. Chiu and School choir compose of junior
specifically from SPA and selected senior high school students.

We are hoping for your positive response regarding our request, rest assure of our
undying commitment to serve the school and its student to give them quality instruction in the
Arts.
