WHEREAS the Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks, 2007, was
adopted at Nairobi on 18 May 2007 by the International Conference on the Removal of Wrecks,

entitled to become a party to the said Convention by virtue of Article 17 thereof,

hereby formally declares its accession to the Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of
