CRITERIA OF SELECTION: Rajasthan is famous for its arts and

Architecture, to promote arts and architecture institutes for the same
are required.
The idea is to create an ideal model for sustainable design and
encourage sustainability using vernacular material and different
passive techniques.
Institutional building inspires higher no. of individual and help to
develop better living standards.
New institutional building model with enhanced learning efficiency
Through formal and informal learning experience.

PROJECT & SITE CHALLENGES: Site is located in newly formed

Smart city (udaipur) which aims to be green and sustainable. Located
Adjacent to Govardhan sagar lake with 2m of contour level difference.

STAKE HOLDERS: Institutional trust

JURISDICTION & GOVERNING BODY: Rajasthan State Gov. and RTU With CoA

BROAD REQUIREMENTS: Studios, lecture halls, cafeteria, auditorium, conference halls, hostels, guest rooms
recreational spaces and sports area
