 Problem statement 1- In the given case, it can be found that

there is lack of communication between organisation staff.
Decision- In the given situation it can be seen that there is no
communication between Mr. Manohar Lal and employees of
company. So for that there will be introduction of a regular interval
meeting, which will help them to create communication between
them.

 Problem statement 2- In the organisation there is expectation of

formation of trade union who can go on strike.
Decision- If there is strike in labour than that will cause problem in
production, which can cause harm to organisation. So for it decision is
taken to appoint a person who can control workers, so for that
purpose Mr. Malik is good choice because he know behaviour of all
workers and can also negotiate with them.

 Problem statement 3 – In the given case Mr. Manohar lal possess

lack of Controlling power which is bad sign of leadership.
Decision- For this problem Mr. Manohar lal should again control
accounts and sale departments. For the Industry control the new
person with vast experience should be appointed in place of Mr.
Girdhari lal who can control industries like Mr. Sunder lal.
