Problem statement 1- In the given case, it can be found that
there is lack of communication between organisation staff. Decision- In the given situation it can be seen that there is no communication between Mr. Manohar Lal and employees of company. So for that there will be introduction of a regular interval meeting, which will help them to create communication between them.
