Overview –
Croma has embarked on the next wave of Digital and one of the key pillars is Consumer Centricity
where it wants to Increase consumer engagement and improve consumer experience through
personalized content. For this purpose, Croma has decided to set up an Experience Management
Platform which will manage all the digital content across multiple consumer touch points such as
web, mobile, tablets etc. This will include the implementation of a Cloud based application to
manage their relations with customers.
Scope –
The basic requirement is to create a software application that will store customer’s sales data for all
the Croma Outlets across India. The application will be integrated with Croma’s existing Inventory
management system and Customer Relationship Management System. The application and data will
be hosted on Amazon AWS cloud servers. The application will contain dashboard to view analytics
on sales and customer data. An option to download invoice and various reports is also needed.
The system will store details like customer name, number, inventory details like product name,
product number, payment details like mode of payment, transactions, etc.
