2. How will we communicate with the organizers when we arrive?
A Team Usher, will be allotted who will accompany you throughout the competition i.e., from the time of your arrival in Delhi until your
departure from Delhi.
3. Will the team stay together?

Separate accommodation is provided for boys and girls. The teams may meet in the common area of hostels for any discussion. However,
they are not permitted in the rooms as per the university hostel rules and regulations, which the guests have to abide by at all times.
4. How will we reach college on competition days?
Two buses will be arranged for all the teams from the place of accommodation to the venue of the competition. Please ensure you avail them
on time.
