2. What are the implicit skills that are required for this position?

Prospective dermatologists regularly need to carry a strong academic ability in the subjects of math and English. They

must also have the ability to master all of the difficult science classes, which include chemistry, physics, biology,

pathology, anatomy and microbiology, along with that, they also need to have good study habits and a strong sense

when it comes to their problem-solving skills.

3. Why is teamwork an important requirement for the accounts representative job?

Teamwork is one of they key factors when it comes to the dermatologist’s job, and not only do dermatologists need to

have the habits of working with others, but other doctors necessitate a partner whenever they are in a situation. They

all work together so that they can achieve the patient’s state and problem and also be able to identify, solve, treat,

communicate, and sometimes eradicate problems, so in conclusion, you can think of teamwork as a critical subject when

it comes to wanting quality patient care.

4. Would you expect to have consistent and set work hours if you were the successful candidate?
Explain your response.
In general, dermatologists don't exactly put in much of the long hours that some physicians in some other specialties
may possibly do. Most dermatologists (which is 52% of them) spend around 30-40 hours per week seeing patients,
slightly less than in last year's survey. One quarter spend less than 30 hours, slightly more than 1 year ago.

5. What are some of the factors that will be used to set salary and benefits?

The average salary for dermatologist in a multi-specialty practice is $382,000 compared to an annual income of

$157,000 when employed in a hospital. Staffing firm Jackson & Coker reported an average salary of $327,260 for

dermatologists, but an average of $65,452 in benefits raised total compensation to $392,712. Merritt Hawkins' 2012

compensation survey found that 54%of bonuses were based on patient volumes, with 35% based on quality. Gender

plays a role in salary. Also, if a new female dermatologist is hired for working, you may find that their male counterparts

earn more than they do. A male dermatologist may earn a median pay of $300,000, while female dermatologist receives

median pay of $262,500. This is mainly because women chose to work fewer hours to have more time for their families.
