To evaluate the level of satisfaction towards Apparel Products in the study area. 5. To find out the problems faced by the respondents towards using fashion apparel Products in Erode city. 6. To explore a model that identifies the factors that influence the various dimensions of satisfaction in utilizing fashion apparel Products in Erode city. 7. To suggest better ways and means for increasing the satisfaction of the customers in utilizing fashion apparel Products in Erode city.
