INTRODUCTION
Teen.
Is a stage where most people prefer to live in. The happiest stage in our lives
perhaps. But then, issues surrounds them for a very long time and it can’t be eradicated.
And since we are in this new generation, where we are surrounded by technology, issues
grow wilder among them. Some issues, not exactly new but, since there is a technology,
information spreads rapidly like a flash, causing teens to be heavily impact on it, leading
into awful and controversial situations or events.
The point here is, this issues need to be lessen as soon as possible because this
would lead all of us into downfall. Teens struggles all of these social issues everyday but
the worst part, no one even raises it, which is the most dangerous thing that could ever
happen as teens contains raging hormones, that is, as their temper runs out, they tend to
burst in fury or breakdown.
Moving forward, we will try to point out what are the issues that teens struggles
today, and grade 11 students of General Santos City National Secondary School of Arts
and Trades will represent and will be the voice for those teens out there.

CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION
The following below are the findings of this survey report:
 “Depression is really the killer! “ most grade 11 students quoted. And as we
can see in the figure 1, it got the highest. This is very alarming because
teens are really not open to share their problems and tend to hide it with a
smile, that contradicts their intrapersonal side. This mental issue if can’t
resolve will lead to something worse.
 Academic problems. Most teens can relate to this. It’s either the subject is
their weakness and that affects their overall average or perhaps, the teacher
is intimidating enough that makes the learners more hard to learn.
 Overall, this result, especially the one who ranked high, are the alarming
issues that teens especially grade 11 struggles that needs to be raise
awareness by everyone.

Future studies can defined that in the terms of this social issues, that
everyone must cope up and talk to their teens about this one to lead them
in opening up to lessen this social issues. (Families.)
