Job Description

 Executes Issue/Query Resolution


 Earn the trust and confidence of customers by assuming ownership of the customer experience, making
adjustments to strengthen customer touch points and interpersonal skills
 Assess, prioritize and process account requests for end customers and field partners
 Monitor overall customer service experience to proactively identify gaps and recommend improvements
 Possess in depth knowledge of business operation systems, workflows and downstream impacts
 Assist with peer-to-peer coaching and education as it relates to routine, specialty or complex product
features or processing systems

Education: Graduates in B.Com, B.A, BBA, BCA (No Full time MBA/MCA/B Tech/BE/B Ed/BSc)

 Ability to work evening/night shifts.


 Shows flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the business
 Occasional extended work hours/weekends to meet deadlines
 Participation in training sessions, presentations and meetings
 Willing to travel through company provided coaches or cabs
 Alignment to Gurgaon or Noida basis business requirement.
