The organization which I have selected is PARADISE COMPLEX

History:
“A WEDDING DESTINATION WHICH IS LOCATED AT THE MAIN EXPRESSWAY
ISLAMABAD”.
When owners of Paradise Complex purchased The land, there was a lot of discussion between
invested parties on what they thought they should do with the land .Banquet halls and a
restaurant were not at the top of our list from the get go, but as the investors pealed back the
layers of this amazing location the first option quickly rose to the top was banquet with a super
class food for the entire community. When we finally cleared all the dust, and removed all of the
trash of the place we could really see the elegant beauty that was in the front on main highway
.Everything about this building, from the exposed rough cut rafters to the amazingly preserved
wood and quarry tile floors made investor’s unanimously say yes to the idea that you see today
in the shape of a classic building .Our goals were simple, turn this rough land into a banquet
destination that offers all of the modern amenities of a traditional meeting space and so much
more.

Task # 1

1.1:
Explain the importance of external factors affecting company.

External factors:
“External factors are those factors that impact business from outside”.

External factors impact the business to achieve its goals or objectives. These factors include
competition; social, legal and technological, economical and political environment.

As an entrepreneur, we have to predict that how our product will resonate in market. What will
be the factors that affect our product?
One method for quantifying those factors is PEST analysis.
PEST analysis will help you to predict the future of your company by looking through the
present situation of the company. Through this analysis in future you will be able to tackle every
problem which will rise in the company.

PEST factors:
Political:
Government regulations, political and legal issues will affect our company's stability. Following
are the issues that are involved such as; tax, political laws, property laws, safety regulations and
social and environmental laws. It also involves the current political situation of the country in
which we are starting new business.
The owners of Paradise complex must have to follow all the legal laws. They have to resolve all
the political and legal issues that will affect their company. They must have to consider their
local and federal structure.

Economic:
Paradise complex should examine their economics issues that play an important role in their
company’s stability. Basically this factor is about global and economic impact on any
organization.
In this factor it involves economic factors such as, exchange, inflation, deflation, unemployment
policies, resources cost, prices of commodity used in the project etc.

Social:
The product or service which is going to be introduced must be according to the culture of
country. You have to check what are the customer needs and wants, and what pushes them to
make purchases.
Paradise complex have their targeted customers. When they started this company on that
location, there is no such marriage hall or marquee. They are providing the luxurious facilities to
the customers according to their cultural and traditional values.

Technological:
Technology issues affect how an organization delivers its product or service to the marketplace.
How they are promoting their product in public? The image of the product matters a lot, if you
are not promoting your product or service then no one will get to know about that product. And
if you are promoting your service in a non professional manner then, nobody will attract towards
your product.
Paradise complex delivers their services in a professional way. They have their site in which you
will get information related to their services and charges.

PEST limitations:

PEST analysis is only about external environment, it doesn’t involve any kind of internal
environment like strengths or weaknesses of a company. The above given factors changed on
daily basis.
You can also use more factors to analyze the organization in a better way like;
SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats),
MOST analysis (mission, objective, strategies, tactics)
SCRS analysis (strategy, current state, requirements, solution) analyses. Etc.

Makos said. "The more factors you consider for analysis, the better the results you can
achieve from your strategy." (Post, June 22, 2017)

1.2:
Analyze the needs and expectations of stakeholders.

Stakeholders of Paradise complex are their owners, investors, customers, and employees etc.
Once the company decided their stakeholders then they will make plan according to their needs
and expectations. Each stakeholder of paradise complex expects to be met by the business. Every
conflict or issue which is rising in the organization must be solved. If the company’s
stakeholders are not satisfied, then the company will never meet their goals or objectives.
If the investors of Paradise complex are not satisfied with the company’s performance or the
decisions of the company then it will create a big problem in the organization. Similarly if all the
decisions of Paradise complex are taken under their investors then definitely the company will
reach their goals and objectives. The investors of the company must be acknowledged about all
the changes that are taking place in the company.
The reputation of every organization is based on their employees. In Paradise complex, if the
employees are not satisfied or they are not happy with their work or work environment then
definitely they will not work hard towards the task which are assigned them from their leaders.
The leaders or managers must have to motivate their team. The organization should also arrange
different training sessions to enhance or to groom the skills of their workers. They have to
provide bounces to their employees. The company has to hire some professional employees so
that they can deal the customers in a professional manner. Once the customers are satisfied they
will definitely book their functions in Paradise complex.

Managing Stakeholder’s Expectations:

The process of managing stakeholders is based on the following factors;

Stakeholder expectations and needs:

When the expectations and needs of stakeholders are fully managed then definitely the project
will gets a higher success. The project manager of Paradise complex must have to check whether
all the requirements of the stakeholders are completely fulfilled or not.

Managing stakeholder perception:

It is very important to check that the stakeholders of the company are in contact with the project
on schedule basis or not. And they are aware with the current situation of the organization. The
stakeholders of every organization are the main part of the company without their opinion the
company will never reach their higher rank.

Recording stakeholder activity:

It is the responsibility of the project manager of the company to record all the activities of the
stakeholders. So, the project manager makes records on the basis of the report which the project
has achieved.

Solving problems and resolving conflicts:

The project manager of Paradise complex should address the expectations and needs of the
stakeholders to prevent the organization from different problems. If the company will not pay
attention towards the needs and wants of the stakeholder then it will create conflicts. The project
manager may generate different solution to solve every problem regarding to their stakeholders.
(Team, May 31, 2010)

1.3:
Analyze the major changes taking place in the external environment that will
affect strategy of the company.

There are many changes takes place in the external environment of the company that will affect
the strategy of organization. In Pakistan the competition between the marriage halls and
marquees is rising rapidly. Every organization wants to give their best to beat their competitor.
Paradise complex is located on the main expressway Islamabad, on that area there are a lot of
marriage halls and they are also providing their best services. The competition between the
companies is rising. So every company wants to provide best services to compete from others.

Following are the external factors include which affect the business such as customers,
competition, the industry and market and legal and ethical factors.

Customers:
The external factor that affect Paradise complex is their customer base. They must have to make
a plan to meet the expectations and desires of their customers. The company must have to
monitor and measure their customer’s satisfaction. Paradise complex should improve their food
quality and services because the competitors are also improving their services. In case your
customers will move to them when business does not deliver good quality of food or services.

Competition:
While developing a business plan, the company must have to analyze their competitors. The
company should identify the strength and weakness of their own company and also the strength
and weakness of their competitors. Through this analysis the company will get to know how their
competitors are improving or not.
Industry & Market:
While developing your business plan it is very important to consider the industry and market
where your product or service will fall. First you have to check that the product or service which
you are developing is elastic or inelastic. If it is inelastic, people will definitely buy that product
or service because it is their necessity. The services which Paradise complex is providing are
elastic. (Finn, September 26, 2017)

Opportunities:
“Opportunities are those external factors which are helpful in achieving the project's goals or
objectives”. For e.g.: little competition, favorable economic conditions, expansion of business
etc.
Paradise complex have an excellent opportunity to expand their business into the different cities
of Pakistan.
As they are providing excellent services in the current market they can even start their operations
in the foreign countries.
Due to the success of their halls etc. they can start working on similar projects in different areas
of Islamabad.
Intern potential for selling rentals to markets outside of the immediate 30-mile radius
The Company has to target different markets in the future because they are doing well in their
current market.
As they have vast vacant area available, they can use that area as a parking lot.

Threats:
“Threats are those external factors which are harmful in achieving the project's goals and
objectives”. For e.g.: high competition, little or no support from local authorities, bad weather
etc. For every organization it is very important to conduct the SWOT analysis of the company,
this will help the organization analyze their strength, weakness, opportunity and threat etc.
Following are the threats to Paradise complex as given below;
Refusal of off street parking
Dramatic downturn in the economy
Any inquiry from the food authority, if the quality and cleanliness is compromised or not
maintained
Bad weather can damage their marquees which results in loss
Security levels, as we know the current situation of Pakistan
Better room facilities offered by competitors

Task # 2

2.1:
Use appropriate tools to analyze the effects of current business plan.
According to the current business plan of Paradise complex, they are improving their services
and quality of food. They are trying to beat their competitors in every aspect. The company
wants to be the best wedding planner in both twin cities. The owners of the company have hired
best stage designers, professional chefs, and qualified dealing staff to satisfy their customers.
Once the customers are satisfied then the company will definitely earns super normal profit.
There are different tools to analyze the affect of current business plan of any organization. The
tool which I have selected is MOST analysis.

MOST Analysis:
To conduct the internal environmental analysis for any organization, you can use MOST
analysis. There are four factors which are assessed in MOST

Mission
Objective
Strategies
Tactics

Mission:
Basically mission is;
“Determining where your business wants to go”
Every organization has their mission or vision, where there business intends to go. Paradise
complex also have their mission. Their mission is to provide the royal treatment you desire and
will make your memories the most precious moments. Paradise complex wants to make your
dreams come true in a most beautiful and memorable way. The interior decorators visualize the
ecstasy and luxury you are in dream of and putting your imaginations in reality.

Objectives:
Objectives are basically the goals of organization which helps to attain the mission.
As I have told above about the mission of Paradise complex. Their goal is to provide the best
services to the customers of Rawalpindi and Islamabad, and to provide a good and peaceful
environment to their customers.

Strategies:
Strategies are the planning of the organization, which helps the company to move forward.
The strategy of Paradise complex is to provide the best services in every department of the
company to beat their competitors.
Tactics:
Tactics are also the planning that how the strategies which the company made will be
implemented.
Every company has to make some strategies to resolve the problems which are rising or which
will rise in the company. After developing strategy, now this is the step where the company has
to develop some tactics to implement that strategy.

2.2:
Review the position of the organization in its current market.

To review the current situation of organization in the market Porter's Five Forces Industry
Analysis is the best tool.

Porter's Five Forces Industry Analysis:

The Porter’s model basically involves the scanning of environment for threats from competitors
and also identifying the problems which are rising from their competitors. This model is for
businesses no matters the business is large or small. The basic purpose of the Porter's five forces
model is to analyze the profitability and current position of company in the market. Following
are the five forces given below;

Threat of new entrant:

In every organization when the company hires new entrant it will directly affects its profitability
because the consumers have many variety to choose from.

The following factors can have an effect on how much of a threat new entrants may pose:
Absolute cost
Economies of scale
Product differentiation
Capital requirements
Government policy

Bargaining power of buyers:

Basically it is the responsibility of the company to influence the buyers to purchase their product.
It also involves the advertisement factor, if you didn’t promote your product then no one get to
know about your new product or service in the market. Paradise complex has to convince their
customers. Firms can apply different measures to reduce the buying power of customers, such as
implementing a loyalty program. If there are many alternative available in the market of the
product which the company has produced then definitely buyers' power will be high, and if few
choices are available for the buyers than their buying power will be low. Similarly in case of
Paradise complex, the concept of marriage halls is at its peak, according to a survey there are 800
banquet halls and over 1200 marquees in major cities of Pakistan. When the number of halls or
marquees increased the competition will also increased.

Threat of substitute product of services:

Threat of the substitute product means when more than one firm producing the same product or
service. The customers of Paradise complex also have their substitute. To solve this problem
company has to improve their quality so their customers will not move towards their competitor.
They have to introduce new services in twin cities which other companies are not providing.

Bargaining powers of suppliers:

Every organization depends on the resources which are supplied to them from their supplier to
create their product or services. Suppliers provide raw materials, components, labor, and services
(such as expertise) to the firm. E.g. If there is only one company which is providing raw material
and you didn’t have any other choice to buy that product, then it depends on the suppliers to
exceed their prices or not.

Rival among existing competitors:

Rivals are basically the competitors of your organization. While developing a product the
company has to think that how the public perceives their product and distinguishes it from their
rivals. Every business must know about their competitor’s marketing strategy and their price
changing strategy just to compete from them. (Martin, June 26, 2017)

2.3:
Evaluate the competitive strengths and weaknesses of company current
business.
Strengths:
“Strengths’ are those attributes of your company which are helpful in achieving project's goals or
objectives”. For e.g.: employees, experienced event team etc.
Following are the strengths of Paradise complex given below;

Paradise Complex is one of the best event management service providers in twin cities with very
less companies which are providing quality service like them. They are having a very different
portfolio of marriage halls. They have their own departments for every work so they don’t need
to relay on other companies to complete their work. E.g. they have their own farm so they don’t
need to buy meat from others. They have hired managers to monitor each and every department
closely so that maximum satisfaction is provided to their customers. Mr. Asad the owner of
Paradise complex has their own son as the manager of their company so they can control each
and every activity in company. It’s a very strong business in Pakistan as almost every day events
takes place of different types. Event management is one of the successful businesses in Pakistan.
They have organized departments who complete every task efficiently and effectively. They
have quick customer service. They have the facility of online booking, which no other catering
service is providing in Islamabad. They are improving themselves with unique ideas. They have
arranged training programs for their employees so that they can enhance their skills.

Weaknesses:
Weaknesses are those attributes of your company, which are harmful in achieving project's goals
or objectives. For e.g.: unqualified team, poor HR department, lack of funds etc.
Following are the weaknesses of Paradise complex given below;
too many departments which can become a bit difficult to manage. They are not expanding their
business in any city outside of Islamabad. Too many employees leave due to different other
opportunities, and also because of the company are not providing bounces to their workers.
It is seasonal business most of the events take place in the winter due to which revenues in
summer season are not very high. Competition between small and big companies is at its peak.
No vacations and public holidays are very rare. Employees have to work overtime. They have
hired many employees due to which much of the portion of profits are given out in salaries.
Selection of employees is biased Absenteeism most importantly at the time of the event can
cause a serious problem. Competitive salary is not given to the lower staff. Selection of
managers is also biased. Access to off street parking.

Task # 3

3.1:
Use modeling tools to develop strategic options for company.
The tool which I have selected to develop strategic options for company is SCRS analysis.
SCRS Analysis:
SCRS is a business analysis tool, which starts from the strategy of the company and their current
state and also their requirements and ends up at the solutions.
The term SCRS abbreviated as;

Strategy
Current State
Requirements
Solution

Strategy:
The first step involves the mission, vision objectives and goals of a business. It also involves that
what are the strategies that company has to develop to solve the problem? Is the company
working according to their developed strategy?
Paradise complex has their goals, mission and vision which I have described above. According to
their current strategy, the company is thinking about the expansion of their business. First they
should develop a mission and a vision of their project. The company also has to develop some
strategy, about the implementation of their project. They should allocate resources where
necessary, and work according to their plans to reach their goal.

Current state:
The current state of business means that, is the business according to their desired state?
The current situation of many businesses is different from their desired states because of high
competition, stakeholders, culture, environment etc.
as we know that the competition between the banquet halls is rising quickly. Everyone wants to
be a best wedding management service provider. The current situation of Paradise complex is
earning their normal profit. They are not at a super normal profit because of their competitors.

Requirements:
It involves that what should be required in a business, what is needed. It also involves technical
requirements, and functional requirement.
In Paradise complex, what should be needed while the implementation of a strategy? What
technical things are required during the implementation process?

Suggested solutions:
The suggested solution is the last step of the analysis, where the company has to implement the
solution according to their developed strategy. (RSS, September 19, 2017)
3.2:
Develop a comparative understanding of activity from company in the
market.

To develop a comparative understanding of activity from company in the market we need to go

through the market segmentation process.

Market segmentation:
It is a process, where we make segments of the buyers with similar needs and same taste and
which respond similarly to a marketing action.
Paradise complex must have to establish segments of the customers with same satisfaction level.
The company must know about their loyal customers which will come again and will not move
towards their competitors. They have to fulfill all the requirements of their customers and to
provide the best quality to maximize their satisfaction level.

Portfolio analysis of Paradise complex:

Portfolio analysis of a company means, a proper and a careful examination of different elements
of the product of an organization. This portfolio analysis is basically used to allocate all the
resources of the company. It involves the basic resources of Paradise complex and to examine
each and every service which the company is providing.
Following are the advantages of portfolio analysis for Paradise complex are given below:

• It helps in the evaluation of business by their top management

• It also helps to judge the organization’s attractiveness

• Portfolio analysis helps to raise issues related to cash flow availability

• It helps to analyze the competitive strength of the company related to their market share etc.

3.3:
Create options to form the basis of future organizational strategy of company.

The future strategy of Paradise complex is to introduce a new service for the people living in
twin cities.
The new service named as “PARADISE SALOON AND WELLNESS CLUB”. As we know
that, the market for health clubs in Pakistan has been developing slowly which is being observed
in all cities. The people living in twin cities are very conscious about their health. They need
health club in the twin cities. The proposed health and fitness club will provide indoor facilities
of Gym and Exercise Halls and swimming pool for both male and female with two sessions of
morning and evening. The company also offers a instructor for their members.

The club will be established in a rented premise. It is centrally located within a residential
society and it is easily accessible to its members. The capacity of the proposed club is 125
members per day on two different sessions. However, during first year of operation club will
entail 94 members at 75% capacity utilization. The ratio of male and female members is
considered as 60% males and 40% females. The project is located at the main expressway
Islamabad near PSO pump. The total area of salon and wellness is 2800 sq. ft. inside this club
different facility will be provided by the owners. It consists of a swimming pool with the modern
technology installed in it. The length of the swimming pool is 40 ft. its width is 20 ft. and dept is
7 ft. They also provide a gym with modern machines and a saloon with all the branded makeup
and all the machines used which is imported from America.

The increasing population and high concentration of educated / working class in major cities like
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Rawalpindi, Multan, Gujranwala, Sialkot etc.,
offers a business opportunity for opening Health & Fitness Club. However, it is important that
the health club must be easily accessible for their customers.

The target customers for health clubs are from the age group of 18 to 50 years. Population of
urban areas of Pakistan is 33% of total population out of which 50% falls in the targeted
customers’ age group. As we know that people living in the twin cities are very conscious about
their health. Keeping in view of this concept the organization selected this project.

Task # 4

4.1:
Propose a suitable structure for a strategy plan that ensures appropriate
participation from all stakeholders of company.

The participation from all the stakeholders in every decision and action is very important for the
organization.
Paradise complex consider them self as a responsible organization to hold the trust and develop a
strong relationship with their stakeholders. The company wants to maintain this strong relation
by providing best services to their customers to satisfy them. Paradise complex treats their
customers in a professional way, because customers are the organization’s major factor if they
are satisfied than company will definitely earns profit.

Participation Level of Stakeholders of Paradise complex:

Participation of stakeholders of Paradise complex can be seen on a continuous scale ranging
from a high level participation to a low level participation. It depends that how much interested
the stakeholders are, and how much you want to involve them in the decision making process.
Following are the levels given below;

Inform:
It is the responsibility of the company to inform their stakeholders about their objective, mission
and their vision. That what are their goals? What they want to achieve? And what are solutions
of the problems which are rising in Paradise complex?

Consult:
In every decision making process stakeholders have all the rights to give their feedback. It also
involves that how the stakeholders input will influence the organization. Paradise complex
should also consult the solutions of the problems which are rising.

Collaborate/Partnership:
To work with the stakeholders as a partner and maintaining a strong relation with them, involves
taking decisions with mutual understanding with their stakeholders for the development of
company and identification of the solutions.

Empower/Control:
It is a process where the involvement of stakeholders is important to make final decision making.
The collaboration of stakeholders is very important because in every decision they have the
rights to give their views and provide solution of problems.

4.2:
Develop criteria for reviewing potential options for a strategy plan of
company.

To develop a strategy plan for Paradise complex, following are the options given below which
identify the management strategy of Paradise complex.

Attractiveness to stakeholder:
Stakeholders are the main factor of every organization. This criterion involves the attractiveness
of stakeholders towards their stakeholders. It also shows their interest of stakeholders which
attracts them.

Effects on Market position and share:

Market position is very important for every organization. It shows at which position your product
will fall. This option shows the current strategy plan of Paradise complex to assess the current
market position and the shares it has.

Risk assessment:
This option shows the risks and threat which Paradise complex might face anytime during the
implementation of strategic plan. The company must have to check what kind of problems or
issues will rise during the implementation of the strategy plan and what is the solution to solve
that conflict.

Cost benefit analysis:

Cost benefit analysis is systematic approach which is basically used to identify the strength and
weakness of the alternative. It is also used to measure, compare and to identify the cost involved
in the investment.

4.3:
Construct an agreed strategy plan that includes resource Implication for
company.

Following are the options involved in the strategy plan of Paradise complex such as; HR
department, material involved food quality and decoration etc, budget etc.

HR department:
The HR department of Paradise complex is very important. If the employees are qualified and
treat their customers in a professional and satisfy them, then definitely the customers will book
their functions in Paradise complex and will not move towards their competitors.
Hiring of new staff depends on HR department. Are the employees whom the HR department is
hiring qualified or not? The employees are professional or not? Are the employees fit for the job?
These all questions must be involved while the recruitment of employees. The reputation of
Paradise complex and every organization are based on employees working in the company. If the
HR manager of Paradise complex is biased and does nepotism then this will create disputes
between the employees and the manager and this will destroy the peaceful environment of the
company. The manager of the company must have to do justice with each and every employee.

Budget:
As I have told above about the future strategy plan of Paradise complex. In future they are going
to expand their business. They will provide the services of Saloon and Wellness club.
Budget is very important in the implementation process. The company has to decide an agreed
budget plan according to the available resources etc.

Paradise complex is serving best quality of food in twin cities. The company is famous with the
quality of food they are providing. Their current strategy is to add more flavors in their menu and
to improve the skills of their serving staff. Their strategy is to introduce training sessions for
their employees so that they can serve and treat their customers in a professional manner. This
training session also enhance the skills of workers.

5.1:
Compare core organizational values with the current business objectives of
the company.

Their mission is to provide the luxurious services to their customers and make their dreams come
true.
Paradise complex has generated their core organizational values with the current business
objectives as follow:

Ethical values:

with their stakeholders. They believe in teamwork, and to take care of each and every single

collectively.

their norms and traditions. They are promoting their culture, supporting it through leadership
technology, training etc.

Paradise complex is working on the environmental issues. The area where this organization is
located is not that much clean because it is a residential area. They have hired some workers to
clean that area which is basically not within the premises of paradise complex. But they take it as
their responsibility to clean that place.

Customer satisfaction:
To satisfy their customer is the main task for the employees of Paradise complex. As I have told
above that customer satisfaction is very important for every organization, if they are satisfied it
means you are on the right track to reach your mission.

5.2:
Develop appropriate mission and vision statement of company.

The MoSCoW Analysis:

MoSCoW analysis basically involves that what should be needed in the organization in future
and what should be excluded from the company according to the current situation.

It is abbreviated as;
M = Must
‘Must’ level are those requirements which will definitely be included in Paradise complex,
without those requirement the company will never reach their objective. They must have to make
navigation simple.

S = Should
‘Should’ level are those requirements which will be included as an addition or for more
betterment of Paradise complex, if it is possible. These requirements are not necessary as Must
requirements are. If Paradise complex has capacity and time to add more services than it will be
good for their company. They should provide updates of their services.

C = Could
The ‘Could’ level are those requirements which will be included in Paradise complex if it does
not affect their ‘should’ and ‘must’ requirements. They could introduce social media
engagements and have a responsive website this will create a great impact on their customers.

W = Won’t
The ‘Won’t’ level are those requirements which will not be included in Paradise complex and
definitely will not be implemented because that requirements are not needed according to the
current situation. They won’t make an app because anything which the customer needed is
available on their site. (Lessing, March 30, 2015)

if the employees working in Paradise complex keep asking that what they need to achieve, then
you can show them a clear path in the form of tasks.

To create a project schedule, the company also need several inputs given as follow,

Personal and project calendars:

expectations and needs of the stakeholders which I have mentioned above.

It is very important to determine the requirement of resources during the implementation process.

stakeholders in an organization.

As I have mentioned above in task 1.2 about the expectations and needs of the stakeholders of
Paradise complex. Stakeholders are the important part of every project.

Options to gain commitment from stakeholders:

Following are the options involved to gain commitment from your stakeholders.

One-to-one conversation with stakeholders:

To build a strong relationship with stakeholders will help Paradise complex to achieve their
goals. It is not about how much time you spend with them, in fact it is about the quality of time.
Great and strong relation with stakeholders built through one to one meeting. This will help the
project to be successful.

Seek to understand their world:

It is very important to understand your stakeholders. Once you understand them than they will
definitely open up to you and trust you.
Following are the questions involved that you can ask to your stakeholders;
What are their concerns?
How they would like you to keep them updated throughout the project?
Do they like to receive a weekly report of the project?

Communicate with clarity and honesty:

Communication between you and each stakeholder matters a lot, it’s important to communicate
with honesty and clarity with your stakeholders. It is the right of stakeholders to know about the
current situation of company and about each and every strategy.

Design monitoring and evaluation systems for the implementation of a
strategy plan in an organization.
It is very important to monitor the progress of the strategy plan of Paradise complex by their
leaders. The leaders of the project must have to control performance of the plan.
For example; to control on the financial situation of the project, it means that the resources which
are used to reach the specific goal. For this proper accountability is necessary as the organization
must know the cost in terms of reaching the desired objective of each task.
Monitoring and evaluation of implementation process:
To monitor and to evaluate the implementation process there must be a senior manager in
Paradise complex who will provide a proper direction to their workers.
It is the responsibility of the senior manager to check whether the employees are working
according to the strategy which the company made. The manager should remove gaps so that the
workers give their best to complete the tasks assign to them.
It is very important to recognize which strategy is working and which isn’t? There should be a
supportive and peaceful atmosphere of learning for the workers. It is also important to have a
multiple forms of feedback, to assess the success or failure of any department.

This chart shows that how to provide a proper feedback to their leaders.
