NARRATIVE REPORT
The classes for School Year 2018-2019 started on June 4, 2018. For this year, among the
major tasks assigned to me were: (1) English Teacher, (2) Science Teacher, (3) TLE Teacher, (4)
ESP Teacher and (5) Grade-8 section Ruby adviser.

English Teacher
I was given (4) Grade 8 subjects (English 8, Science8, TLE 8 and ESP 8) and (2) Grade 7
subjects (English 7 and Science 7) classes.

Grade 8- Ruby
 There are 20 students in my classroom, 9 males and 11 females.
 Conducted Classroom election Officers S.Y 2018-2019.
 Orientation of students about the school Rules and Regulations and Classroom Duties and
Responsibilities.
 Supervised the students while doing their assigned tasks.
 Supervised the students to join the school activities.
 Emphasized the maintenance of Orderliness and Cleanliness.
 Initiated Gulayan sa Paaralan.
 Help in the implementation of Waste Segregation.
 Releasing of report cards to the parents every quarter.
 Conducted Homeroom PTA meeting quarterly.
 Initiated the election of PTA Homeroom Officers S.Y 2018-2019.
 Parents were advised to submit their children’s credentials that are necessary for their
permanent record.
 Accommodate parents who came to monitor their child’s performance.
 Reported financial matters and propose classroom development projects during the PTA
homeroom meeting last February 22, 2019.

Seminars and Trainings Attended:

I attended The Campus Journalism Seminar-Workshop as a chaperon of the students from
our school last July14-15, 2018. I attended the Seminar Workshop on PPST Cum RPMS last July
26-27, 2018. I also attended the Basic Training Course (BTC) last August 31- September 2,
2018. I then joined the Teacher’s Summit in Labason, Zamboanga del Norte.
Finally, I was the representative of Baliguian NHS to attend the Region-Wide Training
on Pedagogical Retooling in Mathematics, Languages and Science for Junior High School
(PRIMALS) last February 25 to March 1, 2019 at Bay Plaza Hotel in Pagadian City.
The classes ended on April 5, 2019.
