Venue: PERL Room, Katipunan Hall

Meeting called to order at 5:12 PM by Gov. Krysta Modinne Buenafe.

Discussion Summaries:

Seniors’ Pinning Ceremony


- Seniors agreed that the date will be on Monday, September 23, 2019 (1-3 pm, SU Church)
- Reps: gather batchmates for them to witness the ceremony
- Expenses already covered (P 1,850 for venue) from office
- Next year: allot money for seniors’ pinning ceremony in (misc.)
- Council members: facilitators; WEAR DECENT ATTIRE (if possible, white or light colors; NOT
BLACK), usher faculty and guest speaker to KH 22 for mini gathering
- Infomedia Committee: Video, Picture (aisle, podium, stage)
- Program: Rhyn and Giullia would want to speak
- KH 22: set up for mini gathering after ceremony IN THE MORNING (projector!)

Intramurals
- ‘SPAGGIES’: not possible due to College of Agriculture faculties’ unfavorable decision
- Try to tap CCS
- Dancesport prospects: Shem Barinaga, Juliene Gom-os, Jumille Liquit, Angela Garganera
- Badminton prospects: Dexter Sularte, Brian Mack, Thea Pañares, Breanne Bouffard
- Meet with the people who want to participate in the Intramurals; agree on a certain percentage
shouldered by the Council
- Food Committee Heads: Maya Polestico and Katreena Cañete
- Establish Cheering Committee Head: Jamielyn (prospect)
- Council fee will cover food and drinks for the players only
- Sign up list will serve as a determinant on whether to merge or not

1st Semester Semi- Evaluation


- Acquaintance Party Evals Done
- Founders’ Week Celebration:
- (Torch Parade: Few attendees (esp. 1st years))
- Shirts: not our fault, but we were scammed-ish
- Last minute design for the torch
- Attendance should be given importance
- Kulang tawo ALL THE TIME; everyone was busy
- We need the first years to establish a relationship
- Clean and revamp the SPAG Lounge
- Council fee payments still not yet fully paid
- 2nd semester activities: Finalize all events and make a timeline (for efficient tracking)

Tasks:
- Update Ate Kimmie for Seniors’ Pinning Ceremony Program
- Me: Post in the bulletin board possible ASAP sports for Intramurals and sign-up sheets (each sport, by
gender) include number of people needed
2 team games, 1 individual game or 2 individual games, 1 team game per person
- Announce eminent lecture happening tomorrow (c/o Jasmine)
