Franchise term: 3 years (renewable)

 No renewal fee for the 1st year of renewal (contract is 3 yrs. & 15 days)

(sm, robinsons, ayala, citymall, gaisano and others)
 free manpower recruitment
(within metro manila area)

Other investments of franchisee:

1. Electrical installation & space rentals. 

2. Out of town fees for provincial areas. (if necessary only) 

a. accommodation of training and technical staff 

b. airfare of training and technical staff (example: cebu, davao area) 

3. Customization of space, cart, kiosk, stall (if necessary only) 

4. Delivery/shipment of cart/kiosk. (for via sea travel only)
