STEP ONE: AWARENESS
• What is the issue you want to address?
• What are the individual, relational, structural,
and cultural aspect/s of this issue?
• Why is it important to address this issue?
STEP TWO: VISION
• What is your vision for addressing this issue? How does it relate to peace forming and countering
violent extremism?
• What do you want to achieve? (Describe your project)
• Does your project aim to address the issue on an individual, relational, structural, or cultural level?
• What is the role of ICT (information and communication technology) in achieving your vision?
• What kind of participatory media venues will you use to achieve this vision?
• Who is your audience/ who are your partners?
• Does your project target key people (i.e. People at risk of VE) or more people (i.e. the public)?
• What kind of messaging you aim at disseminating through your project?
• What will you do to ensure a gender balance in your project?
• Is your project SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, time bounded)? Explain how.
