ON-LINE REGISTRATION FOR FILING MOTION FOR

RECONSIDERATION ON THE DISMISSED TNVS CPC/FRANCHISE

APPLICATION

GUIDELINES:

1. The on-line registration for filing the MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION shall
only cover dismissed Applications posted at LTFRB website on November 18, 2019;

2. Applicants concerned, if interested on filing Motion for Reconsideration, should

signify their intention by setting an appointment through on-line registration services
using the link: ltfrb.ph.net/tnvs/appt/mr from November 20, 2019 to Dec. 10, 2019;

3. Only those applicants who were able to secure an online appointment within the
period prescribed above can be considered to have timely filed within the fifteen (15)
day prescribed period to file Motion for Reconsideration;

4. The actual filing of the Motion for Reconsideration shall be on the date of
appointment set thru the online registration mentioned above. Failure to file the same
on the confirmed date as sent to applicant’s e-mail address shall be deemed as a
waiver on the part of applicant to file a Motion for Reconsideration;

5. During the appointment date, applicant shall bring the print-out of the confirmation
date sent to their email address, Motion for Reconsideration and other
requirements (enclosed in a folder) and proceed to TNVS one-stop-shop where a
Legal Personnel will receive the Motion for Reconsideration after the payment;

6. Applicants are required to provide an email address during the filing of the Motion
for Reconsideration where the Notice of Hearing will be sent.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Duly Notarized Motion for Reconsideration
2. Photocopy of DISMISSAL ORDER
3. Documents in support of their Motion (Depends on the reason stated in the Motion)
4. Email Address

DATES:

1. On-line Registration date = November 20, 2019 – December 10, 2019

2. Appointment date = December 3-18, 20, 26 & 27, 2019
