INTRODUCTION
A. Background

Indonesia is a country that has many interesting museums, one of which is


located in Jakarta, precisely at the Beautiful Indonesia Miniature Park (TMII)
called the museum of Science and Technology (Science and Technology). The
science and technology demonstration center is a source of information that can
increase knowledge and insights in the field of technology and communication.
There are many interesting and unique tools there. Study tours to Taman Mini
Indonesia Indah are very important for students because they can add insight and
knowledge. Lots of educational tools that are useful for students, including
earthquake simulations, water rockets, aircraft replicas, and much more.SMAN
79 Jakarta chooses study tours to Taman Mini Indonesia Indah because there is a
lot of knowledge that can be obtained. Study tours to TMII also teach us to obey
any prohibitions and learn to maintain speech and behavior.
From these problems, we are interested in bringing up the theme "High School
Students 79th Semester 2 2019/2020" so that the knowledge of 79 Jakarta high
school students is broader and beneficial for everyday life.

B. Problem Formulation

Given the many problems related to the topic, so the authors limit these
problems as follows:

1. What are the teaching aids provided in PP-science and technology?


2. What are the benefits of using teaching aids in PP-IPTEK?

C. Purpose of the Problem

The purpose of writing this scientific paper is :

1. Knowing the props provided in PP-IPTEK


2. Know the benefits of using teaching aids in PP-IPTEK
D. The method used

In compiling this paper, the author uses several methods,


including:

 Observation Method

In this method, I visited several educational tools during study tours, by


observing and demonstrating the tool, then capturing the tool by taking photos.

 Data Collection Method

In compiling this paper, I collected data from each of the educational objects in
science and technology related to this paper by writing important things and
summarizing information from the internet related to educational tools.

 Data Processing Methods

In this method, I process the data that has been collected previously by
collecting summaries, interpreting, analyzing, then developing into a paper.

The tickets price is Rp. 15.000, we had to paid it for acces to


museum, I thought the price is cheap because I only paid Rp 15.000 and I
could got many knowledge from there ,Its very profitable.

 Agaan Demonstration:

 1. Little Research Arena

The arena for small research is specifically for early childhood under the age of
8 years. Various props and games that can train cognitive and effective occur in
this vehicle.Challenging and colorful science games make children feel at home
for a long time in this vehicle.

 2. Where is Bird Flu

This vehicle describes how to prevent outbreaks of bird flu in everyday life and
free from diseases caused by the HSNI influenza virus. The tools for avian
influenza viruses that you can play are equipped with audio visuals and
educational games that can inspire you to prevent and prepare for bird flu.

 3. Intelligent Mathematics Rides

We can find mathematics everywhere, in books and games. In this vehicle you
can feel the ease of learning mathematics with props that make you impressed.
 4. Robotic vehicle

The Robotik vehicle features an interactive robot model that can be played by
visitors, such as Robo bioloid, fire hunter, asuro, Naomi, sophisticated gauges.

 5. Transportation vehicle

Test your driving ability by using a riding simulator simulator and see the score
you get. In addition, on this land transportation vehicle you can also know how
to work from various parts of the vehicle.

 6. Energy

In the vehicle of energy, knowledge about energy is introduced and how to use
energy for life. How energy can change from one form to another.

 7. Ozone Rides

Ozone rides introduce us to the ozone layer. Factors that cause the depletion of
the ozone layer on earth and the consequences of that event for the survival of
life on earth. Props and Audio Visual games that are on this vehicle will help us
to know more about ozone.

 8. Rides of Vibration and Waves

In this place we will be able to feel the enormity of the vibration of a tsunami.
This vehicle will help us recognize the difference from tsunami waves with sea
waves and explore the basic concepts of vibrations and waves. Besides this
vehicle also introduces the connection between sound and wave vibrations.

B. Teaching aids in PP science and technology

All collection objects in science and technology shows are interactive


tools, most of which are touchable and playable. In contrast to museums,
almost all objects of the collection are items that have historical value or
replicas and are only as knowledge of a prop. At present there are 250 science
and technology demonstration tools, some of which are:

Load - the electric charge from the base material of a solar cell (silium) will
move and produce an electric current when the light carrying energy hits its
surface. This electric current is used to turn on the lights, turn on the buzzer,
move the fan, and the volt meter needle.

 NUCLEAR REACTIONS

In nullkir physics, nuclear reactions are a process in which two nuclei or


nuclear particles collide to produce different results from the initial production.

 ROBOT HANDS

Robots are mechanical and electronic devices (mechatronics) that can perform
physics tasks, both through human supervision and control and using
predetermined programs. In this device, the robot is monitored and controlled
directly by humans to work.

 EARTHQUAKE

The earthquake house is a new tool in PP-IPTEK. Similar to the real house.
As soon as the simulation starts, screaming sound effects appear. The initial
earthquake was only in the form of a weak shock, but it was getting harder and
harder. When the shocks grew louder, household furniture that part of the decor
there rang, shook and caused a noise. The simulation is short, but we can really
feel the sensation of an earthquake.

 ROCKET WATER (WATER ROCKET)

This arugula is made from used soda bottles. These large plastic bottles are
connected - connect them to become an elongated shape like the original rocket.
After being made, this water rocket is formed and filled with water. Then, this
water cocket is pumped and ready to be launched into the air.

C. Benefits of Visiting PP-Science and Technology

The benefits that we can get from visiting PP-IPTEK and the tools found in PP-
IPTEK are as follows:

 Can know the creativity of the nation's children


 Can add insight and knowledge
 Knowing increasingly sophisticated technology

CLOSING

A. Conclusion

Conclusions that can be taken from this scientific paper, including:

 PP-IPTEK (Center for Science and Technology Demonstration) located


in the Eastern region of TMII is the first Science Center in Indonesia, as
well as one of the out-of-school educational facilities in which there is a
combination of knowledge and entertainment elements.

 The objective of the Science and Technology Demonstration Center is to


arouse awareness and foster public appreciation of the role of science and
technology in modern life, to encourage public curiosity towards science
and technology, and to illustrate the results of science and technology
development with the advancement of industry in everyday life.

 Props in science and technology include solar panels, nuclear reactions,


hand robots, energy vs. power, heat flow, floating balls, hanging balls,
gears, drag force, batteries, earthquake homes, water rocket, van
generators de graff.

 Benefits of using teaching aids in science and technology is to add insight


and knowledge of students.

B. Suggestions

As for suggestions - suggestions that the author can provide:

 With the increasingly sophisticated long-distance telecommunications


equipment in our country, we should not abuse it. And use it as well as
possible.

 We recommend that the network service operator supervise and limit the
use of telecommunications from things that are misused.

 We as Indonesian people should be able to develop their own


telecommunications technology.
