and by virtue of the Otdet of Sale of Real Property issued out of the above entitled Court, in the
above entitled action, by which I was commanded to sell the property heteinafter described
according to law, and apply the proceeds of such sale to the satisfaction of the stipulated judgment
in said aclion, amount to: One million six hundted sixty-nine thousand six hundred eighty-three and
33/1.00 doilars ($1,669,683.33) with interest and costs of suit. I levied on and have, after iegal
notice, sold at public auction to the Gail A. Reeves Trust, who was the highest and best bidder
therefote, at such sale, fot the sum of One million three hundred thousand and 00/100 dollars
($1,300,000.00), which was the highest sum bid at such sale, the teal estate, situated in Cowlitz
County, State of Washington, described below, and that said property is subject to a twelve (12)
month redemption period.

On Decemb er 27 ,2}79,Judgement Debtot, Jerry C. Reeves, tendered the total amount of One
million two hundred seventeen thousand two hundred twenty-eight and26/1,00 dollars
(fi7,217,228.26) to redeem said property sold on Decemb er.28,2078 from the Gail A. Reeves Trust.
