 The implementation of Project ADEL
Absenteeism Deterrent to Learning requires extra
time and effort.
Northville VI Elementary School envisioned
strengthening the possibilities of using different
techniques and intervention in preventing
absenteeism of the grade III pupils through the
initiation of the CI – teaming.
As we aim for continuous improvement of
our school. We plan to implement the said
project to other grade levels.
 Due to an increasing number of enrolees
and inadequate number of classrooms the
classes had morning and afternoon shifts.
In order to have a conducive learning, in
School Year 2018-2019 there are 70 pupils
in each classroom.
 There is an outstanding number of completers per
school year is a great achievement. Moreover, there is an
increase in number of completers for school year 2016-2017
up to 2017-2018. But with the help of the interventions given
by the teachers, number of completers increased to an
impressive rate of 99%.
 There is a notable number of completers per school
year. Improvement on the rate of completion of the pupils
improved from 205% of school year 2016-2017 to 167% of
school year 2018-2019

The Retention Rate determines the degree of

pupils/students in a particular school year who continue to be
in school in the succeeding year. The graph illustrates
declining movement in the retention rate of the school. From
97% from school year 2016-2017 to 96% in School Year 2017-
2018.
