2.1 Activity

 Play a guessing game about the different songs sung on different occasions and seasons in the
Philippines.

2.2 Analysis

The teacher will ask the students:


 What is the vocal music of Mindanao?

2.3 Abstraction

 Discussion of the elements and principles of arts present in the artworks of Mindanao.
(5 min)

 Discuss the different forms and characteristics of vocal music in Mindanao.

2.4 Application “Talent-Todo”

 The students will perform one vocal music from Mindanao with appropriate expression and style.
