Daily Checks for Hygiene Practices:

1- Any person suspected of having an infection or illness or any person who

informed the administration about his illness is sent to Abu-Ghraib hospital as
(referral) for examination, and
If the result of the examination is positive, he will be given a leave for a day
or two depending on his situation, these records will be kept in administration
department in the file of the employee.
2- Ensure that all employees wear clean clothing appropriate for the duties they
perform, protective apparel such as head cap, facemask gloves and shoes.
3- Employees should be washing and disinfected their hand before entering the
production area.
4- All hygiene practices during production area should be monitoring by their
supervisors and representative of quality control.
5- Employees should change clothing of production area when they leaving the
area

6. Any person shown at any time apparent illness should be leave production area
and send for health care to protect their health and protect the drugs from
contamination
