grandstand, Ms. Jeaneth Diaz our professor


had a lecture about the circuit training.

She discussed about the different


routines which are the press up, squat,
chinnies, the back extension, burpees, leg
raise and the trice dips.

She also discussed the routines in


circuit training that we will be performing in
our next meeting.

One of my group member which is


group 4 was chosen to demonstrate some
of the routine.
One of this routine is the press up
that Benz demonstrated.

The member of group 5 which Edwin


demonstrate the tricep dip and Bert is the
one who demonstrated the leg raise.

Benz also demonstrated the burpees


with the instruction of our prof.
