Executive Summary

“PastaHub”

We are going to launch a new food and drinks with different ideas. We named
it "PastaHub". There are some new foods and drinks. People will get some
tasty, healthy food and drinks with different price range. We are targeting
basically the Aliaga National High School Students for our market
segmentation. We also plan to make this foods and drinks with low calories
and fat which will be good for our health. We also want this business because
it is trendy, in demand and competitively priced.

If a person wants to eat a pasta and wants to drink a fresh delicious drink they
must stay and dine inside the restaurants. However. Not all people have the
time for it. With Lollipasta, we overcome the limitations for pasta dishes. We
created another avenue for pasta in the maker where it features the “taste the
heaven from within.” while maintaining that sweet, salty, usual taste of pasta
that firstly catch the people’s love for pasta. Our direct target market are
students. Students always want something new that they can eat and enjoy,
which is available in school canteens or near the campus. It is much easier for
them to buy food, that’s why we offer our product directly to the students
where it can be available inside the campus. Parents are the indirect target
market. As for parents, they always want a good comfort food, especially a
food that they can give to their children. We offer them our product to lessen
their time to prepare a snack for their children.
As we all know Pasta is really one of the top favorites of every Filipinos. We
really love the taste of a pasta. So, we want this business because it is timely
and in demand. We do not remove the Filipinos favorites Spaghetti and
Carbonara sauce. Because we want to keep the taste of Filipinos here and
also we want to keep our customers healthy. So the ingredients are really low
in calories and fat-free. Lollipasta is good for our health. At low cost you will
be satisfied. This product is definitely worth it for you, because it's not only
delicious but healthy. It is also clean manufactured for the benefit of our
customers. And Carbonara and Spaghetti are the top favorites of the
millenials. And we also have drinks for our customers. We called it
Lemonized. We thought about this, because we know that most of the
Filipinos are healthy living. So, we want to satisfy their wants. That's why we
thought of Lemonized. Lemonized is low in calories and has no fat. It has
lemon and honey, but if you want special Lemonize we will add Yakult to your
drinks. And at low cost you can drink a healthy drink and that is our Lemonize.
We thought about these foods and drinks, because it is trendy and healthy.
And we also want to satisfy the customers cravings.
INDUSTRY ANALYSIS

 Our business is about Pasta and drinks our pasta and lemonized drink will
provide a combination of excellent food at a great value.

 Our Pasta hub will serve a variety of a classic home style sauce with pappardelle
pasta and lemonized juice.

 Our Business is a new establishment here in Senior High School building at


Aliaga National High school. The main priority of our business is to satisfy our
customers and also to earn money.

 The main goal of pasta hub is to be one of the most successful business in
ANHS.

 Our main focus will be serving unique high quality food at a great value.
BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

“PASTAHUB”

The business is named as “PASTAHUB” and it was originated from the


name of its product, which is Lollipasta, Pastanara, and Pastaghetti. We
proposed a business name "PASTAHUB" because our main product is
pasta.

Lollipasta is the name of our product, it is a pasta on stick with different


flavors that people would like. The most common flavor that our pasta offer
was the spaghetti sauce, aside from that, we also have carbonara sauce.
We also have pastanara and pastaghetti which is the original pasta with
the sauce of spaghetti and carbonara. Our drinks that offered is called,
Lemonized. We have 2 varieties of Lemonized first is Fresh Lemonade it is
a drink that has lemon, water and honey of and the other one is Lemonade
with yakult. Our company’s plan is to go inside the campus of Aliaga
National High School to sell our product. Most people has already known
that pasta is a popular dish on every place in the world. It is known as a
dish served in a plate.

This business plan serves as an introduction of the new form of pasta, the
Lollipasta. Its sole purpose is for Lollipasta to be known and acknowledge
in the market as a new way to serve pasta dishes. This business plan
contains all about the Lollipasta. From how the product was created and its
plans for the future. It also tackles the details of the product. Lollipasta
features a fried pasta on sstick. The inside of it features a flavor of how
creamy and juicy the product is. The uniqueness of our product is the
Lollipasta itself. Lollipasta is a whole new concept of serving pasta to
costumers, it offers innovation to pasta, while maintaining that catchy
flavors of a pasta.

 Product that it plans to produce or serve

Lollipasta, pastanara, pastaghetti and lemonized are the products that we plan
to produce and serve in the market. Everyone wants something new or
something that is good for our health. Everyone loves to eat, with our product,
we can greatly help each other. Especially with people who are always busy
with their work or schoolworks. Our product provides our body and brain some
nutrients that are important to health and our product is eco-friendly because
we don’t use plastics. Our product may be unusual for some other people,
considering that the pasta was placed on a stick but it is less time consuming,
It’s much easier to handle, plus it’s really affordable. Our product helps the
environment because it is no longer embedded in styro which is a cause of
damage to our surrounding. By putting it on the stick, it is easier to throw it
away in the trash bins. The pasta and drinks that we offered is a good source
of important nutrients an full of health benefits like providing folic acid,
sustaining energy, rich in B vitamins, iron, carbohydrates, and it can also help
us to have a balanced diet. Lollipasta, pastanara, pastaghetti and lemonized
are always available in our store and it will give you a healthy yet fun day.
