The last date of submission for sealed quotation is 12/02/2018 up to 12.00 hrs. with all related papers which will be opened at 12.30hrs. on 12/02/2018 at Durgapur H.Q. The tenderer may remain present at the time of opening.‘Terms & Conditions. ‘The Corporation reserves the right to reject any/all tenders without ass the reason what so ever. “The engagement as Selling Agent will be for an initial period of 3( three) months from the date of agreement which may be renewed from time to time considering his performance as per decision of the Corporation however accrue upon for further continuity of such agency. Corporation retains the right to terminate the contract any time without assigning any reason. He will be provided with the fare chart on the basis of which the fare is to be collected, He has to ply the vehicle as per the prescribed time-table of the Corporation. ‘Agent will pay the minimum charge equivalent to quoted rate per K.M -per bus and collect tickets from the cash section of the respective depot. Additional 10% of the ticket value must be purchased. If additional tickets are unsold the same will be carried forward on the next day Agent will receive the commission @ 8% on total sale as referred as above and 167% on additional sale as their service charge. ‘Agents will engage at least one person as Ticket Collector on his behalf to whom identity card will issued by the Agent and to be endorsed by the In-charge D. of the concerned Depot. Corporation will not engage any conductor to sell tickets in the said service Corporation will engage one HV Driver who shall be the custodian of the vehicle and also supervise the route on behalf of the Corporation giving all sorts of cooperation with the selling agent. Minor Running Maintenance if any, on road will be met up by the Agent. Toll tax will be paid by the Agent ‘The minimum KMPL of the vehicle must be 04.20 and 06.00 for standard and midi bus respectively which will be computed on monthly basis. Any en-route additional expenses incurred on account of HSD to be compensated by the agent concerned: . The selling agent shall initially purchase tickets in advance which would be verified daily by the cashier who shall report to the D1. concerned. Driver will get 1% incentive on sale. (a) The Selling Agent will have to pay Rs.15000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand) only & Rs, 8000/- (Rupees Eight thousand) only as a security deposit for standard and midi bus respectively which may be forfeited in case the selling agent is found involved in malpractice. (b) In case of selling agent fails to operate the service within 3 (three) months, the deposited security money may be forfeited. . The Selling Agent must ply the service 26 days in a calendar month, For less than 26 days, penalty will be imposed and deduction will be done @ 10% of the ticket value for a day from his commission,14. The Traffic Section will allow the vehicle to operate in route by the concerned Selling Agent only after verification of cash deposition slip of the Selling Agent and getting concurrence from the D.l. concerned. 15, For any non-operation of the service, the selling agent will inform to D.I. in writing before 12 hours, otherwise Rs.2000/- ( Rs. Two Thousand) per day will be deducted from his sale commission. 16. In case of B/D of the vehicle or non-operation of the service for any incident like bandh, obstruction, accident ete. , the ticket value will be calculated up to that point and regarding refund of tickets from selling agent will be done within 3 (three) days. 17. The amount of charge will be hiked proportionately due to increase of fare in future. 18.
