Design Basis
The treatment scheme comprises of a Pre-Treatment Module followed by the Reverse Osmosis Module
and any Post Treatment Module as per the quality of water to be treated.

1. Installation
Our technician at your unit will do installation & trial. However to and Fro Travel expenses,
boarding

and lodging and other incidental expenses are to be borne by you.

Pricing& General Terms

Price Basis Ex-Works Jharkhand Basis. All prices in Rupees and exclude all taxes.
Excise Duty
Sales Tax @ GST 18 %, whichever applicable
Freight Extra as actual
Payment Terms 50% advance along with order. 40% against Performa Invoice prior to
dispatch on inspection, 10% against completion of installation to be
released on the day of job completion.
Inspection Inspection can be carried out at our Delhi works. All expenses towards the
visit of customer or customer’s nominated inspector shall be borne by
customer.
Exclusions Refer section 4.
Installation All components shall be sent to site in dismantle conditions and it will be
assembled at site on the foundation arranged by customer at his own
expenses.
Validity Our offer is valid for consideration for a period of 30 days from the date of
this offer.
Warranty The system is warranted for 12 Months from the date of supply against any
manufacturing defects. However any Electronics Items and Consumables
(Cartridge filter, Chemicals, Filter media etc.) will not be covered under this
warranty. Electrical components and equipment burnt out due to faulty
power will not be covered under warranty and the associated replacement
cost will be charged extra. This warranty would not be valid for the losses
due to system mishandling and operational mistakes, etc. In any such event,
the repair/ replacement of the system or the components will be charged
extra.
Membranes and Pumps will be covered as per the rules laid down by the
actual manufacturer.
Warranty Validity The warranty will be null and void if:
-agreed payment terms are violated
-consumables and spares are not used as per our recommendations
-preventive maintenance is not followed as proposed
-raw water quality changes beyond our design limitations

Caution No oxidising substance like free Chlorine, Ozone etc. should enter the
membranes
Suggestions Operation and Maintenance data/log sheets shall be maintained
