HANDICRAFT

A handicraft, sometimes more precisely

expressed as artisanal handicraft or
handmade, is any of a wide variety of types
of work where useful and decorative
objects are made completely by hand or by
using only simple tools.
DEFINITION OF TERMS
Embroidery- the art of designing with
needle and thread.
Fabric- any woven, knitted or felt cloth.
Thread- a very fine cord composed of
strand or strands of spun silk, flax or
cotton used in sewing.
Design - arrangement of line, form, color
and texture with the purpose of achieving
order and beauty.
