1 - Deer Looks At Mountain

Relax into your comfortable standing position --- feet flat on the earth --- arms at
your side --- head and eyes slightly looking upwards --- become aware of your
body standing upright.

2 - Bear Walks Through The Forest

Allow your shoulders to fall forwards and down to the earth --- allow this
momentum to carry your spine along with you --- if you can, allow your hands
to touch the earth and look through your legs as you bring your arms between
them.

3 - Monkey Scoops Up Fruit And Offers It To The Buddha

Swing your arms back through your legs, scoop up the fruit and come back up to
stand holding the fruit in your hands at about heart level --- then bend your
knees and make the offering.

4 - Crane Flies Though The Sky

Come backup to a standing position, hands lightly touching in a prayer gesture


--- with feet firmly planted on the earth --- bring your arms with palms touching
up over your head and open out into the sweeping wing motion of a large bird in
flight --- let your arms come to hang by your side as you stand.
5 - Tiger Stretches It's Paws

With your arms at your side stretch the web of your fingers, then gently touch
knuckles to knuckles and thumbs to thumbs --- bring your arms up with your
thumbs touching --- keep your feet firmly flat on the earth --- bring your hands,
spine and head along the same line --- like a plumb line dropped from your
hands straight down thorough your spine --- now reach up as far as you can
stretching the vertebra --- then let everything drop down through your legs onto
the earth and start again with 'Deer Looks At Mountain'.

6 - Repeat twice and then end by bringing your right hand over your left at head
level, then neck level, then heart level --- now with feet flat on the earth and legs
straight bend forward, bringing your arms up behind you --- look between your
legs and then let your arms swing forward in free fall as you come back to stand.

The key is to flow from one position to the next
