Set up direct deposit.

To receive your checking bonus, you will need to make at least two direct deposits that total $2,000
or more within 60 days of account opening. This is an easy, worry-free way to have electronic
deposits – like paychecks or Social Security payments – deposited automatically into your U.S. Bank
checking or savings accounts.

To set up payroll direct deposit with your employer:

• Ask for a copy of your employer's direct deposit signup form or download the U.S. Bank Direct
Deposit Authorization Form (PDF).
