 THEATRE-THEMED ROOM
BACKGROUND
Sofitel has a lot of services and opportunities that you can get and experience. We
have a new concept and one of this is the Theatre themed Room. It is different because it
is a room that has a screen and can play a movie or video anything you want to watch. It
has a couch or a bed that can lie on while watching a movie, and there are many foods can
buy before or during watching movie. This theatre themed room is for all like family,
friends, and for couple. It is good if you stayed in the hotel to have some more memorable
and unique experience with your family and friends.

FOCUS
People nowadays are engaged on watching movies in the cinema inside the malls
and Netflix series on their phones as the leading subscription service. In a theatre-themed
room concept, families, couples as well as your friends will experience entertainment in a
big screen, relaxation and luxury all in one complete package in a well-known hotel in
Manila.

GOALS & OBJECTIVES

As an addition to their service line, conceptualizing services to cater to the ever-growing
and ever-changing demands of the customers. More than offering luxury, the Sofitel Manila must
offer theatre themed rooms make experience of a customer a unique one.

GUIDELINES
In this concept there is a Minimum and Maximum People in each room. Before
going to sofitel it must have a reservation to ensure a steady flow of guest in the Hotel and
to be settled the day of customers reserve day. And also to choose a room for a customer
that suits them satisfaction. The booking or the reservation of the rooms 2-3 days before
the date of customers will go to the hotel. There is also a policy when availing this Room
because sofitel needs the safety of the customer. Don’t infringe the things in the room
without asking permission to the staff or in the head. Before entering the room, the
customer needs to be fully paid to have no problem.
 BAR ON TOP
Background
The second concept is Bar on Top. On top of the building it has a Bar that you can
see the beautiful view from the Top. It has food and beverages that can also buy while
having fun with loved ones. It is mostly beautiful in the evening because you see different
light of the nearby places. This type of concept is good because chilling with friends and
family is typical in the bar. We are decided to have some unique and creative type bar that
anyone can appreciate and satisfy in our Bar on Top.
FOCUS
Imagine a place where customers can relax, chill and bond after work or school, get
a few great drinks and chat/laugh the night away while experiencing the scenery of Manila
at night and the oasis of the sparkling bay on top of the hotel will release all of your stress
on doing your stuffs. The idea of Bar on top turn out to be a good business idea. If someone
get drunk hard, they don’t need to find hotels nearby because Sofitel Manila will
accommodate them. Millennials will be the target of this concept because at their age they
often go to a bar after the work together with their acquaintance.
GOALS & OBJECTIVES
The concept wants to experience to their customer a different kind of chilling place.
The goal is to offer a nice 360 degree view of the city at night.

GUIDELINES
In this concept there will be a policy for all the people who are in the Bar on top.
Maintain the cleanliness mostly on the floor because sometimes it can cause accident.
Strictly do not fight with other or else it will have a punishment if someone disobeys the
policy. “Pay as you order” is giving less time consuming and hassle free for the customers
and also to the crew/staff of the Bar.
