VISTORS POLCY

1. All visitors must sign in and out at reception , refer to Appendix – 2 – VISTORES LOG.

2. All visitors to the Company must wear designated clothing , headwear and footwear when

entering the manufacturing area.

3. Jewelry is not permitted to be worn in the production areas.

4. No eating , drinking ,smoking chewing gum or tobacco or using medicine is allowed.

5. Anyone that has or shows symptom of a disease or illness , not allowed to enter to

manufacturing area.

6. Anyone with a cut or open wound must cover the area with protective bandage and glove.

7. All visitors must be accompanied by guide and they should be closely supervised .

8. Cell phone use is not permitted in the production and warehouse areas.

9. Visitors must know about the emergency exit maps located throughout the facility. In the

unlikely event of an emergency evacuation, visitors should proceed to the nearest exit and

follow guide instruction.
