Reports to : Director

Critical Relationships : Director, President Director, Other Staff and external parties.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and
computer systems operations and development (100%)
- Ensure manage all 50%
- Planning, developing and implementing the ICT budget, obtaining competitive prices information technology,
from suppliers where appropriate, to ensure cost effectiveness (100%) security and computer
systems are running well

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of systems and
electronic data processing (100%)
- Ensuring the security of data from internal and external threat. (100 %)
Ensure all technology are
accessible hardware and 30%
- Ensuring the running of all ICT systems, including anti-virus software, printer services software(100%)
and email provision. (100 %)
- Provide network access to all staff (only who gets internet access). (100%)
- Identify and prepare hardware for disposal when appropriate (if any)

- Maintenance Server Computer and ensure Windows Update Run functional. (100%)
- Ensure security firewalls are updated regularly and remain fully functional (Monthly)
- All applications operate

- Backup Data File and Accounting Server, Appraisal and QMS System (Daily)

- Installation and versioning maintenance of Microsoft, Drawing software systems 50%

licences are current, and
- Support for telephony systems, printers and printing software, mobile applications installed appropriately
