POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Title : Assistant HR Manager (Compensation & Benefit) Date : 31-Aug-18
Reports to : HR MANAGER

Ensure the processing of Payroll Management Proces, Social Insurances and Yearly Taxation

Industrial Relation and their impact on Kajima Indonesia business (CLA & other rules and

regulation)
- Evaluate, provide correction and proposed implementation of rules and regulation related
to Labour and Industrial Relation in KI
- Ensure the CLA (PKB) are good
- Provide report to HR Manager and proposed action related to Indiciplinary act. implementation, even in the Site 30%
Project & Head Office (100%)
- Prepare and review in every 2 years of Collective Labour Agreement (PKB) to be extended
or renewal .
- Conduct New employee Induction to ensure implementation of the company rules and
regulation
- Updating and maintain employee records and present monthly employment record
(100%)
- Support to clear communication with other staff related to Insurance Provider, Employee
benefit, BPJS, Etc)
Timely, accurate,
professional services
- Evaluate yearly of Insurance provider selection to meet company expectation given and documentation, 20%
system are well maintained

- Manage and provide employee benefit report (i.e: Leave record, Tardiness Report)
- Provide employee yearly income data to be proceed and calculated as yearly Tax
- Coordinating with Finance & Accounting to ensure proper payroll are administired and
well reported.

Critical Relationships : Director, HR Manager, HR Staff, All Staff, FASO, External Parties.
Assist the organization to develop human resources with implementing high quality of

training programs
- Facilitate of Sharing Session to each trainees, after they have been training.
- Manage and prepare training classroom, presentation, and scheduling internal training
facilitators.
- Prepare and conduct annually document for Audit ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001
(internal / external audit).
- Develop and prepare manual book for E-Appraisal Users and Administrator,
