TERMS OF PAYMENT

100% upon accomplishment of analysis and final report

This project fee included of PPH, excluded transportation and accommodation.

CONDITION OF PAYMENT

• PT KARKA ARGANUSA shall transfer all payment to our bank account BANK
BRI Cabang Jakarta Hayam Wuruk No. 0332.01.000.499.303 (Rupiah) that must
be received by PT SURVEYOR INDONESIA 7 (seven) days after invoice received.
• Delinquent payments are subject to an interest charge at the rate of two
percent (2%) at beginning of each month.

VALIDITY

This quotation remains valid for acceptance until 1 month after issuance of quotation.

LIMITING CONDITION OF SERVICE

1. Our routine time of work is 08.00 hours to 17.00

hours (excluding Public Holidays)
2. Our service is strictly limited to the scope of work.
Any other services, equipment or manpower not specified in this quotation are to
be supplied by PT KARKA ARGANUSA.
3. Other normal conditions are listed on page N/A
