SUBJECT : Spot Report on Stabbing Incident Report

1. Reference: Memorandum from OIC, Labangan MPS dated August 4, 2018

with subject the same as above

2. At about 9:00 pm of August 3, 2018, Hon. Ian

Boscabos y Bibas of legal age, married, Brgy. Chairman
of Brgy. Binayan, Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur reported
thru cellular phone call informing that stabbing incident
transpired at Purok 7, of said barangay. Immediately, PNP
elements of Labangan MPS led by PI FERNANDO O.
ORDENIZA, OIC, Labangan MPS responded and
proceeded to the reported place of incident.

3. Initial investigation conducted disclosed, that prior to

the incident at around 7:30 pm of said date the victim
identified as Pedilino Andilab y Canonyo, 46 years old,
married, Barangay Tanod member and a resident of same
place was walking going to their Barangay Hall to render
his duty when waylaid and stabbed several times by
unidentified suspect/s using hunting knife hitting the victim
on his chest caused the latter to fell down, there and then
suspect/s not contented of the fatal stabbed wounds
suffered by the victim, further attacked and shot the victim
in closed range with the use of undetermined caliber of
firearm hitting on the right side of his head which exited on the left side causing his
instantaneous death. The cadaver of the victim now lies at his residence.Motive of
