1. Reference: Memorandum from OIC, Dinas MPS dated August 3, 2018 with
subject the same as above.

2. In connection above, please be informed that at about 11:30 AM of August 3,

2018 the following Barangay Chairman of Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur turned over loose
firearm to Dinas MPS, to wit;

a. Hon. Johnny Albios, Barangay chairman of

Barangay Proper Dimaya - one(1) unit 12
gauge homemade shotgun without serial
number .

b. Hon. Eliberto Rueras, Barangay chairman

of Barangay Lower Dimaya - one (1) unit 12
gauge homemade shotgun without serial
number

c. Hon. Lydia Albania, Barangay chairman of

Barangay Legarda Tres - one (1) unit of caliber
38 revolver without serial number.

d. Hon. Gerardo Pactol, Barangay chairman of

Barangay Bacawan - one (1) unit 12 gauge
improvise shotgun (pistolize) without serial
number was.

3. The subject firearms are now in custody of Dinas MPS for proper disposition
