Strong experience in configuring and set up of monitoring platform with tools like

Splunk, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana

Minimum of 2 years� experience with automation and orchestration tools using any
scripting technology ( Bash, Powershell, Groovy , Python)

Experienced in writing interactive programming with API�s( REST)

Experienced in setting up Monitoring Dashboard, KPI�s for Ecommerce

Experienced in working with monitoring tools like Splunk / New Relic / AppDynamics

Exposure to Azure Cloud and API Management

Retail/e-commerce knowledge

Roles & Responsibilities :

Design and develop automation to improve recoverability, availability, latency and

scalability of products and the production system.

Perform in-depth analysis on all major PROD issues/defects and provide recovery
steps/enhancements to the team.

Provide thought-leadership within team and to the broader community to promote re-
use and develop consistent technical build, implementation and support processes

Implementing effective monitoring & alerting strategies to ensure quicker detection

of issues.
