Objective
Guide the church in the discovery of its calling and mission of God’s vision and encourage spiritual

M​ANAGEMENT
While employed as a safety and training manager, I supervised drivers in the safe operation of a
commercial vehicle this included shifting, backing, and safe lane changes. This job required counseling
drivers on accidents and retraining as needed, as well as counseling drivers on personal and employment
decisions.

F​AITH
I believe that Jesus died on the cross and rose again on the third day; this bridged the gap between us and
the Father God. I believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit. I believe in the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
three in one. I believe the only way to the Father in Heaven is through the cross and resurrection of Jesus
Christ. There is no other way. We are all children of God, no matter the denomination.

C​OMMUNICATION
I taught many classes in the training of commercial truck drivers. I was given great reviews and
evaluations. God has blessed me with eloquent speaking skills. I have been the volunteer youth
leader/pastor for over 3 years.
L​EADERSHIP
I have had a leadership role in many positions. As a terminal manager, I was involved in every aspect of
the terminal. This included leadership of building maintenance, truck maintenance and the growth of the
terminal; as well as profit and loss. As a safety and training manager, I lead the team successfully in the
safe operation of equipment. As a youth pastor/leader I teach the youth from the word of God utilizing the
King James Bible. I am a part of the Praise and Worship team as a backup drummer. Every Sunday, no
matter what church I attend, I lead a group of people in praise and worship with everything that is within
me. God is worthy of all our praise and with every bit of strength and energy within me.
