INDUSTRIOUS
Someone who is industrious works energetically, devotedly, and
diligently. The industrious leader is resourceful in overcoming
obstacles by leveraging his or her own leadership skills.
industriousness is an attitude. It’s a behavioral characteristic
that can be cultivated and nurtured into a strength. Like most
qualities, the correct balance is required. Excessive self -reliance
and self-sufficiency can create isolation. Isolation is a far less
productive and risky state than coordinated teamwork.
GOOD CHARACTER
In general, people who are considered to have good character often have
traits like integrity, honesty, courage, loyalty, fortitude, and other
important virtues that promote good behavior. These character traits
define who they are as people—and highly influence the choices they
make in their lives. According to historian Warren Susman in his book
Culture as History , the use of the phrase “good character” peaked in
the 19th century. “Character was a keyword in the vocabulary of
Englishmen and Americans,” says Susman, and so important to society
that it was promoted as an essential component of one's identity. Good
character consists of defining your values and integrity based on time-
tested principles and self-reflection and having the courage to live your
life accordingly.
GOOD LISTENER
A good listener is attentive. They make good eye contact, don't
interrupt what the other person is saying and show an interest in
what is being communicated. Effective listening offers you many
benefits, and encourages the speaker to feel valued as
well. Good listening connects you to the world around you and helps
you understand your responsibilities. Aside from the practical
benefits. It is important for the quality of your social life, they are
the one who pay attention. Give the speaker your undivided
attention, and acknowledge the message, show that you're listening,
provide feedback, defer Judgment and respond appropriately.
THANKFUL
HELPFUL
Honesty is not just about telling the truth. It’s about being real with yourself and
others about who you are, what you want and what you need to live your most
authentic life. Honesty promotes openness, empowers us and enables us to
develop consistency in how we present the facts. Honesty sharpens our
perception and allows us to observe everything around us with clarity.
Honesty and seeking the truth is always the way to go. Honesty
engenders confidence, faith, empowers our willpower and represents us
in the best way for others to see and witness our example. Honesty
improves our vitality. In an honesty experiment conducted by two
University of Notre Dame professors, results showed that telling the
truth is good for our health
