Home for the fisherman and the businessman
 AN EXPERIMENT: SLOPED CORRIDOR
Based from the now days problems that exist in every vertical housing where individualism is very high.
This problem is projected will be worsen on the future, so this experiment wants regenerate the
atmosphere of togetherness in the kampung. Design corridors are made slanted from the below to the
upper floor with the intention to connect the building users. Each unit is also equipped with a front
terrace as a transitional space between the corridor (public space) and the bedroom (private space) . As
a rental housing, the units are also designed modularly where they can be rented according of the
number of users and space needed.

 Koidor struktur dan material
berbentuk ramp

Menggunakan sistem struktur pembebanan flat slab sehingga tidak membutuhkan balok
yang kemudian diteruskan ke kolom.

Penggunaan flat slab memang ditujukan untuk menghindari keperluan balok karena bentuk
bangunan yang mengikuti kemiringan ramp.

Jarak floor to floor adalah 3100 mm dengan ruang bebas sebesar 2800 mm (mengacu ke
standar WHO) dan struktur flab slab setebal 300 m

Flat slab kemudian disusun bertahap keatas mengikuti bentuk kemiringan ramp yang
disatukan dengan kolom dengan material beton bertulang. Beban disalurkan melalui kolom
ke tanah.
