study the Scriptures to understand His purpose. If we do not understand His ministry and how He operates in our lives, we could find ourselves believing a fable. The Spirit did not come to convict us of the things we do wrong or the mistakes we make; He came to convict us of unbelief in Jesus. This unbelief is the sin the Holy Spirit came to point out to us. Our mistake is focusing on the fruit of an issue, which are our actions, instead of on the root, which is our unbelief. We see this illustrated in the Bible when David’s doubt in what God told him caused him to commit adultery and murder, and when Moses’ doubt that God could bring water from a rock kept him from entering the Promised Land. When we understand the relationship between our unbelief and our actions, our behavior will radically change for the better.

You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if in fact the Spirit of God dwells in you. Anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him.” (Rom 8:8-9)
Under the Old Coven-nt
the Spirit of God would come upon people in different me-sures, th-t is wh-t is c-lled the -nointing. This is not - scriptur-l concept for the New Coven-nt believer. Inste-d of us occ-sion-lly receiving - me-sure of the Spirit upon us, we receive the fullness of the Spirit who h-s come in us.
The Holy Spiritʼs mission
is to reve-l to us the truth, not to condemn us. ^. We must underst-nd how the Holy Spirit functions in our lives. Some people believe things -bout Him th-t -re not true, bec-use they drew their inform-tion from worldly tr-dition. ○ M-king the word of

The power of the Holy
Spirit th-t works inside us to give us person-l victory is wh-t the Bible c-lls gr-ce. Gr-ce is Godʼs -bility to work in our he-rt. When th-t flows out of us it is c-lled “exousi-” in the Greek -nd simply power in the King J-mes Version Exousi- is derived from - word th-t h-s to do with the right or the jurisdiction. When you depend on the Holy Spirit flowing out of you, -s Jesus did, you c-n h-ve the s-me results in ministry th-t He h-d. Jesus s-id it this w-y, “Verily, verily, I s-y unto you, He th-t believeth on me, the works th-t I do sh-ll he do -lso; -nd gre-ter works th-n these sh-ll he do; bec-use I go unto my F-ther.”
