you’ll be able to choose between two legal plan
options, offering different levels of coverage at
different price points.

Complete wellness activities and save money
Keep $500 toward your annual medical premium by
completing your wellness activities starting Oct. 8
through Feb. 29. If your covered spouse or partner
completes theirs as well, the credit will be $1,000.
