Who is currently using RAM?

In the last month we had:

8 software developers submit registrations

4 have a role created and are accessing RAM

9 RTOs on-boarded (8–10 more are in the transition stage)

4 make a notification in RAM and are currently transacting

with the USI Office using the CAA solution

How are participants being supported
during the private beta trial?

Participant feedback – avoiding the pitfalls

Observations so far:
 Whitelisting IP addresses – the service level agreement stipulates
a three working day turnaround to implement.

 Web browser – When accessing RAM we recommended using

Chrome. You will need to download and enable the chrome store
extension to make it work.

 AUSkey used to access RAM – If you require updates in RAM,

(e.g. to make a notification), you will need to use an Admin AUSkey
not a Device AUSkey (if a Standard AUSkey is used you will have
‘read only’ access).

 AUSkey used to transmit data – A Device AUSkey is used in the

machine to machine transmission process.

 ‘ActAs’ elements – ABNs are stored in RAM as numbers; submitting

ABNs as a string with spaces in the ‘ActAs’ elements (as an ABN is
generally presented in many systems) will result in an error.
