Subject: FIR against Chief Sanitary Inspector of MC Jind along with team for the violation of section 3,
11, 38 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, 1960 read with 120-B, 188, 268, 289, 409, 428, 429 IPC

Greetings,

It is humbly submitted that:

1. I am Master Trainer, AWBI (Govt. of India), retired Commissioner, BSG Haryana and received
video of cruelty against animals, which is very cruel as Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana visiting
Stadium at Jind for National event.
2. I am Member, IUCN Commission on Education & Communication along with Chief National
Commissioner, Scouts & Guides for Animals & Birds.
3. Chief Sanitary Inspector of MC, Jind dislocate unclaimed dogs, adopting cruel practice, dogs are
captured by hand, their leg were tied, left to die without food & water in sewerage hole.
4. Animal Welfare Board of India advisory attached as ready references because MC, Jind
disowned the directives.

Hence, all concerned staff of MC Jind, violated section 3, 11, 38 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal
Act, 1960 read with 120-B, 188, 268, 289, 409, 428, 429 IPC along with restoration of five freedoms of all
community pets for further treatment, care & shelter.
