The youth of this generation will takeover the different tasks in the world not too long
from now, thereupon, they must be prepared and must be equipped with leadership skills as
early as when they are still in school .With the dream of leading and serving the school and
the pupils wholly, the Student Government of Immaculate Conception Academy- East
Campus honed their leadership skills as they participate in the 7th Youth Empowerment
Conference entitled “Leaders of Tomorrow” held at Eugenio Cabezas, De La Salle

summarize, leadership is the passion for service, empowering others with your own self worth,
expanding ripples, leading with a clarity of vision, and embracing leadership.

“Leadership is not about your knowledge, exepertise, and command of other people but
it focuses on one’s genuine solidarity with the people he leads,” she concluded.

undergoes a tiring but rewarding process in able to shine and to be able to lead and serve
having that tough and unconquerable traits just like diamond’s. To sum it up, the discussion
revolves around transformative leadership wherein every leader must know his purpose in
every thing he does, a leader must be strong and not be taken down by criticisms, accepting
failures, adding value and leaving a mark on other people’s life.

“Use that sparkle to impact and inspire people you’re going to serve,” she concluded.
