Project : ASAHIMAS 2 x 151.5 MW CFB Power Plant, Anyer Indonesia

General Responsibility :
PIPING

 Review specification / technical requirements , drawings and ITP in

accordance with International codes and Client Specification
 Review Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) & Welding Operator
Qualification
 Control the fabrication activities as per the ITP / contract specification /
code and approved drawing
 Knowledge of weld map application, including modification, revision
drawing, heat straightening verification.
 Executing inspection and control of materials , welding consumables
 Executing Welding Inspection, NDE Inspection.
 Conduct tool box meeting for the welders, fabricators to ensure the
progress and product quality.
 Overall quality control project responsibility such a s interaction and
Coordination with clients, projects production, welding & NDT In Process
inspection verification stage from material identification
