How to Interview at Google?

How We Hire
Congratulations on getting to interview with the team!! We hope you enjoyed the process so far. We also hope to give you an insight into working at Google, so relax,
enjoy the experience and of course ask any questions of interest!
Google has a unique hiring process that takes on average 4 to 6 weeks from start to finish. This process involves 3 stages:

1.Onsite/Hangout Interviews: A typical onsite interview process will contain 4 different interviews. These may be split up across multiple days, or all on one
day, depending on your/interviewers current location/availability. If face-to-face interviews are not possible, we may arrange them over Google Hangouts. 3
out of 4 interviews will be with the hiring team, and 1 with someone from another team, in order to ensure that we are making unbiased hiring decisions.
Note: Before the onsite interviews, you may have a phone screen or coffee chat with someone from the team.

2.Committee Review Every finalist candidate at Google goes through a Hiring Committee review stage, from graduates to Directors. This stage involves
putting together a profile of your background, feedback from the interviews, and possibly internal and external references. This information is reviewed by a
diverse group of senior Googlers across the business in EMEA and the US who make a final hiring decision. They ensure our hiring process is fair and that
we’re consistently hiring candidates who can contribute to Google as an organization.

3..Offer Extend: Once all of the information is collected and we have approval from the hiring committee,, we'll extend you the offer! It is important to note
that we are unable to formally extend an offer until we have approval from the hiring committee and in the event that we are not able to progress with you as
a candidate, we will not be able to give you detailed feedback on why your application was not successful.
